Recently I was talked into ordering the beet pasta at Rose Cafe (um, twist my arm) and I literally thought about it for a week afterward- it was THAT good.
It is never too early to prepare for your next brunch. Before brunch is even over, I am thinking of what can I create for brunch next! Yesterday while in the middle of brunching with friends, this recipe came to mind and it is super easy!
