A healthy version of the Starbucks Unicorn Latte

Meg Colvin here to give you my spin on the OG version of the Unicorn Latte from The End in Brooklyn!
1.5 c raw cashews, soaked 4 hours
3.5 c water (or milk of choice)
1 vanilla bean, scraped or 1 tsp vanilla powder
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp blue majik spirulina
1 tbsp Maca (my favorite hormone balancing herb!)
3 Medjool dates, pitted
1 tbsp coconut oil
Mix all ingredients in a high power blender until liquefied. Dust with spirulina (and whatever else, see photo), heat + serve!
