There’s nothing better than some fresh mint and citrus, and with this lovely little libation, you can have both! Delicious with either tequila or vodka, this yummy drink is is zesty and packed full of flavor.

Ingredients:

Cointreau

Tequila

Vodka

Lemon juice

Club soda

Mint leaf

Instructions:

Squeeze 1/2 lemon. Pour half a shot glass of Cointreau, 1/4 shot glass of

either tequila or vodka. Top it off with club soda. Use a mint leaf for garnishing.

White Sangria

For a fresh and healthy twist on an old classic, try this festive and fruity sangria. This Spanish go-to will have you begging for “mas!” before you know it. The best part? With minimal prep time and endless flavor profiles, you’ll never get sick of the taste.

Ingredients:

A 12-oz. Can mango juice

12-oz. Can pineapple juice

1 Liter Bottle of seltzer

1 Bottle white wine

Fruit of choice (pineapple, orange, etc.)

Ice

Instructions:

Slice up the fruit. Pour all the ingredients into a serving pitcher

and add ice. Stir and refrigerate so the flavors blend. Makes 10

eight-ounce servings.

Ingredients:

10 Blueberries

3/4 Ounce light agave nectar

1 1/2 Ounces gin

3/4 Ounce lemon juice

Splash of champagne (about 1 ounce)

Instructions:

In a shaker, muddle together blueberries and agave. Add the gin and lemon juice, then shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain contents of shaker into a martini glass and then top with champagne. Garnish with 3 blueberries on a cocktail stick.

Ingredients:

Ice

1 Ounce peach liqueur

1/4 Ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

1 Medium kiwi, peeled and cut into large chunks

1 1/2 Ounces vodka

1 1/2 Ounces dry sparkling wine, such as Prosecco

Instructions:

Gently crush the kiwis to release their juice, add the rest of the ingredients, strain into a glass, and top with sparkling wine.
